Our weekly meetings are an essential part of our operations, allowing us to align our efforts, address challenges, and celebrate achievements as a team.

Purpose of Weekly Meetings:

Our weekly meetings serve as dedicated times for team members to come together, share updates, discuss ongoing projects, and strategise for the week ahead. These meetings are designed to enhance transparency, improve coordination, and drive productivity across our organisation.

WEEKLY MEETING SCHEDULE

07:15 – Introductions and coffee
07:45 – Breakfast
08:15 – Welcome from Chairman
08:20 – Members Presentations
08:40 – Spotlight Presentation and Q&A
08:55 – Event news and any other business
09:00 – Meeting ends

The above is only a rough estimation of each Friday’s schedule as timings are flexible depending on the number of attendees, however we do try to stick to the same start and finish times each week.
